Project-level Agency Agreement

When your company is matched to a specific project and both sides agree to move forward, a separate Agency Agreement defines the partnership for that transaction. The annual fee is your entry point - the Agency Agreement is where the real partnership begins.

Day 60Matched and visibleYour company is visible across the ecosystem, matched to at least one active project and in regular check-ins with your account manager.
When a project match is confirmed, we initiate the Agency Agreement and move toward execution.

Annual service fee

Your entry point into the EoTU project ecosystem: pipeline access, introductions to municipalities and project owners, visibility across the network, onboarding and a dedicated Customer Service Manager.

Result-based compensationUp to 10%

Of the profit your company earns from a transaction facilitated through the ecosystem. The exact rate is negotiated in the project-level Agency Agreement.
