Code of Ethics

To position Ukraine as an Economy of Trust, consistently elevating the quality of life for all Ukrainians.

Signing this Code is a condition of membership and participation in all EoTU activities worldwide.

Purpose and commitment

Economy of Trust Ukraine connects municipalities, international business, engineering partners and institutional capital around one transparent project pipeline, from reconstruction need through to delivered infrastructure.

This Code sets the standards of behaviour, governance and professional conduct that every member of the worldwide network signs.

Signing affirms a commitment to ethical practice, to strengthening trust in Ukraine's economy, and to national recovery through responsible transactions, partnerships and investments.

The ten commitments

Law, Governance, and Regulations

I will comply with Ukrainian and international law, norms, anti-corruption standards, sanctions compliance and industry regulation. Any action that may violate the law or undermine the Coalition's reputation is prohibited.

Transparency

I will act transparently and in good faith, and provide accurate, truthful and complete information relevant to projects, partnerships and decisions, while respecting confidentiality. I will never misrepresent facts, conceal material information, or mislead partners, municipalities or investors.

Zero Tolerance of Corruption

I commit to strict zero tolerance toward bribery, undue influence, facilitation payments, illicit financial flows, or attempts to manipulate government or municipal processes.

Avoid Conflicts of Interests

I will avoid situations where personal, financial or institutional interests conflict with Coalition duties, and I will disclose any actual or potential conflict immediately.

Confidentiality and Data

I will protect all non-public information, including project pipelines, deal flow materials, grant briefs, municipal partnerships and strategic documents.

Intellectual Property

I will defend intellectual property, confidential documents, methodologies, technologies and analytical materials used within the ecosystem.

Support Member Initiatives in Public

I will support the municipalities, businesses and projects I personally believe create value and positive social impact.

Commitment to Learning

I commit to continuous development in ethics, governance, anti-corruption, sustainability and international best practice. Continued participation implies acceptance of revised standards.

Professional Conduct and Responsible Representation

I will communicate respectfully and avoid hate speech or discriminatory behaviour. I will never misuse the EoTU name, brand or network for personal, political or unethical purposes.

I will do all that is possible to improve the lives of all Ukrainian people.

Acknowledgment

Trust, transparency and responsibility are the foundation of the Economy of Trust Ukraine. A signatory's conduct directly affects the credibility of the ecosystem, its members and Ukraine's international reputation. By signing, the signatory accepts personal responsibility for upholding these principles.

EoTU Academy delivers «Fighting Bribery and Corruption», a certified programme developed by the European Institute of Management and Finance and the London Governance & Compliance Academy. It is a mandatory requirement for any project listed in the EoTU portfolio.
