1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of economyoftrustua.com, operated by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY «ECONOMY OF TRUST» (Company registration number 42392340), 1-B Zarichna St., apt. (office) 236/3, Darnytskyi district, Kyiv, 02137, Ukraine («EoTU», «we», «us»).

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

The website is published in English and Ukrainian. If the two versions of these terms differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.

2. What the website is

The website presents EoTU's work connecting Ukrainian municipalities with international businesses, institutions and investors for reconstruction and development. It contains information about municipalities, regional economic zones, projects, partner coalitions, events and news.

The website is an information resource. It is not a trading platform, exchange, investment fund, crowdfunding platform or marketplace for securities or tokens, and no transaction can be made through it. Participation in EoTU programmes, coalitions or projects is agreed only in separate written agreements.

3. Risk disclaimer

Nothing on this website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to invest in any project, company, municipality or asset.

No offer. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities, tokens, units, loans or any other financial instruments, in Ukraine or any other country. Where the website mentions tokenisation, tokenised or digital assets or similar structures, it describes models that are planned or under consideration. Any such offering would be made only through separate offering documents, by entities authorised to make it, and only to persons and in countries where it is lawful.

Investment risks. Investments in Ukraine and in infrastructure projects involve significant risks, including:

• risks related to the war, including damage to or loss of assets, disruption of operations and restrictions on access to territories;
• political, regulatory and tax changes, including currency control and capital movement restrictions;
• currency, credit and liquidity risks; you may lose some or all of your investment, and an investment may be hard or impossible to sell;
• project risks: delays, cost overruns, changes in scope, failure to obtain permits or financing, and dependence on municipalities, contractors and partners;
• for tokenised assets: legal uncertainty, technology and cybersecurity risks, and limited or no secondary market.

4. Accuracy of information and forecasts

We prepare the website carefully but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or up to date. Information about municipalities and projects comes partly from the municipalities themselves and from public sources, which we do not independently verify.

Figures such as investment volumes, project budgets, job numbers and economic effects are estimates, targets or forecasts unless a source is given. They are based on assumptions that may not prove correct, and actual results may differ materially.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, graphics and the Economy of Trust Ukraine name and logo belong to EoTU or are used with permission.

You may view, print and share pages for non-commercial, informational purposes with a reference to the source. Any other copying, adaptation or commercial use needs our written permission.

Partner names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to indicate cooperation. Municipal coats of arms and other third-party images are used under their own licences or with permission; their authors and licences are credited where required.

6. Acceptable use

When you use the website or send us information through it, you agree not to:

• give false information or act on behalf of a municipality or organisation without authority;
• interfere with the website's operation or security, or try to access data or systems you are not authorised to;
• copy content in bulk, including by automated scraping, beyond what section 5 allows;
• use the website for anything unlawful, including fraud or misleading people about a connection with EoTU.

We may restrict access or refuse cooperation if these terms are breached.

7. Third-party links and partners

The website links to websites and services run by others, including partners, municipalities and event organisers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Partners, municipalities and coalition participants act independently. A reference to them on the website does not mean that EoTU guarantees their obligations, or that they endorse every statement on the website.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided «as is» and «as available». We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code.

To the extent the law allows, EoTU is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, information on the website, including investment losses, lost profit or indirect damage.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to court in your own country.

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
